Obituary for Debra Ann Huskins

Mrs. Debra Ann Lowry Huskins, 63, of Cartersville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Friday, March 03, 2017 at Redmond Regional Hospital. A native of Bartow County, she was born August 25, 1953 to the late Frank Lowry, Sr. and Clara Jackson Lowry.

Mrs. Huskins was a member of Open Bible Wesleyan Church. She was a devoted pastor’s wife and mother to all of her children. She taught Sunday school for 25 years and enjoyed all kinds of crafts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a grandson, Levi Huskins; and 3 siblings, Gwen Lowry, Frances Clark and Frank Lowry, Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Huskins; her children, James Roy Huskins, III, Sonya Lynn Huskins, Kristie Ann Huskins, Breanna Rena Huskins, Christopher Joseph Huskins and Lindsey Paige Huskins; her grandchildren, Terry Dylan Culver, Kasey Lynn Culver and Justin James Roy Huskins; a great-grandchild, Mallory Anne Culver; along with her siblings, Jo Sanchez, Jane Jefferson, Phyllis Fuqua and Tommy Lowry.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Open Bible Wesleyan Church with The Reverend Richard Williams and The Reverend Bob Ray officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery. Mrs. Huskins will be carried to the church on Saturday where the family will receive friends starting at 4:00 p.m. and will continue to the funeral hour on Monday.

Serving as pallbearers will be John Sewell, Mike Huskins, Tim Huskins, Chris Grant, Scott Sanchez and Sean Broadaway.
