Administrative Assistant

Parnick Jennings Funeral home is seeking a capable Administrative Assistant to help us with the following duties and responsibilities:


  • Greeting guests and visitors, offering assistance to families entering the building
  • Kind, courteous and professional communication & behaviour 
  • Answers telephone and directs calls to appropriate staff
  • Accurately manages death certificate information & processes
  • Assists with obituaries and data entry
  • Assists with insurance company queries
