Obituary for Barbara Lucile Harrell
Barbara Boon Harrell born on December 26, 1957 went home on the 11th of March to be with her dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Survived by her husband, Robert Harrell and her four children, Robert Harrell III, Alyssa Cordell, Mark Harrell, and Nathan Harrell; and eight grandchildren whom she dearly loved.
Barbara was a graduate of Sequoyah High School and earned an associate degree from Dekalb Junior College. She taught at the Cartersville Primary School for ten years and many of your children had the blessing of having been taught by her.
Barbara was an example of Christ to all who knew her. She lived a life full of love and laughter. She loved to travel, play with the grandchildren, and play scrabble after our morning devotional.
She was a soft kindred spirit with a heart for everyone. She will be deeply missed. She was the love of my life, my best friend, my soul mate… she was the breath of my life.
A visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel following visitation.
