Obituary for C.A. Cutts

Mr. C. A. Cutts, 95, of Marietta, passed away on March 17, 2021.

Born June 22, 1925 in Laurel Hill, Florida, the son of C.A. Cutts and Dora Arimetta (Teel) Cutts.
He lived in Georgia most of his life with part of his life lived in his home state of Florida.

Mr. Cutts worked as a civilian with the Air Force for most of his career eventually retiring form Patrick Air Force base where he settled labor contract disputes between civilian and military efforts. After retirement he and his wife, Kitty, enjoyed traveling all of the US and visited part of Europe. When asked about his travels and where is favorite place to visit was, the answer was always Alaska. He was amazed at the natural beauty there and loved spending time in nature everywhere he went.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, his wife, Cathleen, daughter, Linda Foxworth and great granddaughter, Kristyn Stayanoff.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Chris and Michael Acosta, their children, Tanya Pike, Nicole Acosta, and Rebekah Madden, stepdaughter, Patt Southern, her children Scott (Alannah) Southern, Donna (Alek) Gilner, and Leigh Ann (Scott) Oder. He is also survived by granddaughters Jennifer (Brian) King, Tiffany Hayes, and Farah (Mark) Finley as well as several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on April 17, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home in Cartersville.
