Obituary for Millie Pallone

Al Pallone, 65, and Millie Pallone, 69, of Emerson Georgia, went to be with their Lord and Savior together on Saturday, December 10, 2022.

Millie was born on May 23, 1953, in Cartersville, Georgia, and is a daughter of the late Raymond Evans and the late Ruby Evans. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Annie Jo Wilson, Charles Evans, Mack Evans, Margie Givens, Roy Evans, and Ernest Evans.

Al was born on July 6, 1957, in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, and is a son of the late Frank Pallone Sr. and the late Carmela Costa Pallone. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Pasquale Pallone, Rose Babis, and Joseph Pallone.

Al and Millie are survived by their children, Tina Pallone (Tracy), Brandi Lee (Keith), and Christopher Pallone (Mandy); grandchildren, Evan Pallone (Shelby), Blake Somsen (Matthew), Tanner Lee, Logan Lee, and Gabriella Pallone; a great-grandchild, Karsyn Pallone; Al’s siblings, Mary Di Rienzo (Joe), Frank Pallone Jr,(Cathie) and Michael Pallone (Alba); Millie’s siblings, James Evans (Christa) and Miller Evans (Linda); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many other special family and friends.

Al and Millie loved their family deeply and loved to travel together. Al enjoyed watching sports and supporting his favorite teams, Georgia Tech, and The Braves. He also enjoyed serving his community. Millie was always busy helping family and friends. She enjoyed shopping and her favorite travel destination was the beach.

A Celebration of life service will be held Friday December 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 31 Douglas St. Cartersville, GA 30120, with Pastor Patrick Latham officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Thursday December 29, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Evan Pallone, Keith Lee, Tanner Lee, Logan Lee, Matthew Somsen, Frank Pallone, Michael Pallone, James Evans, Miller Evans, Ray Evans, Gage Morris, Steve Laird, Jason Laird, Raymon Kitson, Zach Bolton, Kevin McBurnett. Honorary pallbearers will be Lamar Pendley and Frankie Duren.
