Obituary for Charles "Aaron" Mealor

Charles “Aaron” Mealor, 30, of White, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Floyd Medical Center in Rome.

Born on September 14, 1990, in Cartersville he was the son of Kathryn Pauline Mealor and the late Robert W. Mealor. He was also preceded in death by his sister April Mealor; grandparents Charles Moore, Mary Young, Fred Young, Walt Mealor, Pearl Mealor and Paw Paw Doc Whitener, his great grandmother Maw Young, uncle Allan Moore and several uncles.

Aaron loved to swim and fish at the lake. He loved cars, especially the 67 Chevy Impalas, and to binge watch Netflix. Aaron was an incredibly special person who loved people and was very loved. He was a family man through and through. He loved to be surrounded by his family. He always would talk about moving back to “the old house” so that there would be enough room for everyone to live together and always be together. He wanted to be surrounded by his family all the time. He had a huge heart and would put everyone’s needs above his own. Aaron did not want anyone to ever be upset and if you were upset all you needed to do was to sit with Aaron for a little bit and he would brighten your day just being in his presence. He never had an enemy in his whole life if you knew him you loved him! His warm, caring, and kind personality was the best thing about him.

Survivors include his mother Kathryn Mealor and step dad Bill Cagle; brother Robert “Joseph” Mealor and his wife Ashley Mealor; sister Shawna Hufstetler and her husband Justin Hufstetler; Nephews Michael “Mikey” Hight, Jesse “Scooter” Mealor, and Andrew Shook; niece Zoey Hufstetler; Special Aunt and best friend Elizabeth Ann Teal; special Uncle Dean Mealor; cousins Little Brandon Lee, Whitney Nicole Low and her husband Brandon Low; and his best friend Wayne Duvall; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
