Obituary for Claude Lee Martin
Claude Martin, 75 of Cartersville passed away on Tuesday March 31, 2020 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born on May 15, 1944 in Dallas Georgia he was the son of the late Talmadge Martin and the late Gladys Shelnutt Martin. He was preceded in death also by his brother, Curtis Martin and his sister, Eddie Ross
Claude was an awesome father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed hunting, his dogs and caring for his cows. He loved his entire family and loved to work on his farm.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Collum Martin; daughters, Vickie Adcock and Cindy Martin; granddaughter, Tori Boston (Sterling); great- granddaughter Tinlee on the way; his sisters, Christine Shepard and Kathy King Radford.
Due to Federal and State limitations due to COVID – 19 a private graveside service for immediate family only will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery with Reverend Ronnie Hudson officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Adcock, Jeff McBee, Teddy Martin, Zachary McBee, Sterling Boston, Scott Collum and Keith Cothran.
