Obituary for Eva Mozelle Ingle

Eva Mozelle Ingle, 90, of Cartersville passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Cartersville Medical Center.

Born on June 20, 1929 in Pine Log she was the daughter of the late Eli Gentry and the late Julia Abernathy Gentry. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Walt Gentry, Gene Gentry, Bill Gentry, Mary Jewel Jones, and Elmer Gentry.

Eva worked for many years at EZ Mills and Lacey Mills before her retirement at seventy-six years old. She loved her family and she loved spending time with them; she took care of her parents for many years. She loved God’s word and to sing and play music. She loved sewing and creating things. Eva also enjoyed shopping and yard sales and always loved finding a good bargain; she also enjoyed nature and being outdoors as much as possible.

Survivors include her husband, Max L. Ingle; her children, David Benson, Daniel Benson, and Sheila (Joel) Langford; her grandchildren, Stacy Head, Michelle Benson, and Tracy Johnson; and many great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a variety of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 in Providence Cemetery with Reverend Keith Dempsey officiating.
