Obituary for Henry D Tidwell
Henry Darrell Tidwell, 68, passed away on April 4, 2021 at Assured Hospice in Cartersville, Georgia.
Born on December 5, 1952, he is the son of the late Dewey Tidwell and Lily Hite. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Jerry, Bobby, Cecil, James, Odell, Junior, Mary Ann, Hugh, Grady and Clifford.
Survivors include his children, Samantha Wilkerson and husband Skip, Cody Tidwell and wife Destiny; Grandchildren, Austin, Landon, Madison, Baylee and Kylee; Great grandchildren, Oliver, Ethan, Emilia and Luka; and sisters, Donna Bennett and Julia Morgan.
Henry was a Cattle Farmer and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He adored his cows and any animal he took care of. In addition, he loved spending time with his best friend, Norman Martin.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 9, 2021 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rickey Scoggins officiating. Interment will follow at Cassville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm prior to the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Landon Baker, Austin Wilkerson, Oliver Wilkerson, Timothy Tidwell, Wiley Sullins, Bradley Collum, Wayne Banks, Levi Scoggins, Verta Collum, Adam Onprasert, Hunter Davis and Jeremy Tidwell.
