Dear Juanita and Gena,
He was on of my favorite neighbors growing up in Waverly Park. He let us use yalls backyard for our wiffle ball and football games. I hate to hear of his passing, but he’s in a MUCH BETTER place. Maybe he got a mansion next door to my parents just like in Waverly Park! Praying for you.
Love you guys,
Michael Johnson

Dear Aunt Juanita, Gena and family,

Uncle Herbert was one of my favorite people in the whole world from the time i was barely a toddler. He always loved to tease and his sense of humor and good spirit were infectious. I can still here his voice in that slow Alabama drawl and that laugh!

I loved him and i love you both too.
