Obituary for Kimberly Ann Sanders
Kimberly Ann Sanders, 53, of Cartersville passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019.
Born on September 14, 1966 in Cartersville she was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin West and Christa McMullen Evans. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Christa Nicole Williams; and her grandparents, Joseph K. West, Anna C. West, and Captain Robert W. McMullen.
Kim was a hard worker who enjoyed going to the beach, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her grandbabies. She was also an avid animal activist.
Survivors include her daughters, Robbin Sanders of Cartersville, Caylie Mooney of Cartersville, and Kymberley Sanders of Cartersville; her son, Casey Sanders of Needville, TX; her mother, Christa Evans (James) of Cartersville; 13 grandchildren; her sister, Tamara Heath; her step-sisters, Dee Ann Evans of Cartersville, and Leigh Ann Evans of Cartersville; her grandfather, Gordon L. Duell of Balston Spa, NY; her grandmother, Ingrid Christa Kown of Cartersville; and her nephews, Chace Heath, and Evan Heath.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Joe Nix officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
