Kit DeWayne Taylor, 59, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Piedmont Cartersville Hospital. Born on July 22, 1962, in Rome, Georgia, he is the son of Ellen Cline Taylor and Andrew Autrell Taylor. He is preceded in death by his father Andrew Autrell Taylor; grandparents Andrew and Beatrice Taylor and Ellis and Ailine Cline; and his cousin Taylor Evans.

Survivors include his mother Ellen Cline Taylor; son Justin (McKayla) Taylor; twin grandchildren Andrew and Annsleigh; sister Cindy Graham; nephews Josh Graham and Jeremy (Danielle) Graham; great-nephew Chase Graham; aunt Linda (Miller) Evans; cousin Ray (Holly) Evans; and second cousin Sam Evans.

Kit grew up in Sunday school and church at First Congregation Methodist Church. Kit worked in construction with his daddy most of his life. He loved to hunt and fish.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 3:00 pm with Ricky Roberts officiating. Family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home on Saturday, September 11, 2021, before the service from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.

Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Graham, Jeremy Graham, Ray Evans, David Taylor, Greg Adcock, and Jeff Woodard.
