Obituary for Linda Dean Crapps

It is with saddened hearts that we mourn the passing of Mrs. Linda Dean Crapps who passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Evergreen Health and Rehab in Rome, Georgia.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Y. Clemmons and her late husband, Talbert Earl Crapps, Sr.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Bert Crapps and wife, Jenn; and Ben and wife, Kimberly; and grandchildren, Jake and Parker. Also surviving is her “very special loving and caring” twin, Jean Clemmons Croft and husband, Lowell. A special sister-in-law, Ms. Lyra Crapps, of Troy, Alabama survives. Linda Crapps had a host of loving friends and former students who had impacted her life in unique and special ways!
Having attended the Bartow County Schools, upon graduating, she attended Reinhardt College and West Georgia College. She was a highly respected, loved, and admired educator in the Bartow County School System for 32 years.
Affectionately called Ms. Dean, she was a long-standing and faithful member of the Cassville Baptist Church. Her years of leadership were a “beacon of light” where she was involved in Awanas, Vacation Bible School, and the Friendship Kitchen.
