Obituary for Lucius "Booty" Bennett
Lucius “Booty” Bennett, 96, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away at home on Sunday, December 25, 2022.
Born on March 16, 1926, Lucius was the son of the late Sandy & Bell Bennett. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Marcy Cole Lumpkin as well as six brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Bennett; his children, Mitchell Bennett (Susan) and Tammy Snow (Danny); his grandchildren, Missy Martin, Leigh Ann Butterworth, Kevin Henson, Kala Snow Goodman, and Luke Snow; his brother, James Bennett; as well as eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Center Baptist Church Cemetery located at 80 McKaskey Creek Rd SE, Cartersville, GA 30121.
