MARGARET A. LAPOINTE/HENRY
Margaret A. Henry, age 95 passed away on May 17, 2021. She was born June 17, 1925 in Toledo Ohio to August and Pearl Donbrosky. She was a long-time resident of Lambertville/Petersburg MI until she moved to White, GA to live with her daughter and son-in-law in 1998.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, August and Pearl, Son, Robert Lee LaPointe, Brother, Edward Donbrosky, three sisters, Mary Walentowski, Jean Houke and Shirley Betley.
Margaret is survived by her son Charles LaPointe (Cheryl) of Petersburg, daughter Denise Neff (Dennis) of White, GA. She had four grandchildren, Eric LaPointe (Molly), Erin Fitch (Jon), Robert LaPointe (Heather), Joshua LaPointe (Jackie) and Stefanie Maione. She had eleven great-grandchildren, Ethan, Taylor, Alyssa, Angie, Hannah, Victoria, Charlie, Chance, Logan, Wyatt, Addeline and her beloved dog Darby.
Margaret had many interesting jobs in her life. She started as a receptionist for Dr. Phillips in Trilby, OH as a young girl. She worked at True Photo at Tiedke's Department Store. She also worked at Kroger as a cashier, Sylvania Savings Bank, C&S Bank, Caring Servicesand later in years she worked as a care giver for children.
Margaret enjoyed golf, baseball, country music, homemaking, sewing, gardening, coloring, reading, dancing, and loved playing on her computer. Spring was her favorite time of year and loved the
dogwood trees in bloom.
Services will be held at Bedford Chapel in Temperance, MI and interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, MI. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Savior of All Lutheran Church, 35 Indian Trail SE, Cartersville, GA 30120
