Obituary for Margaret Jeanette ""GiGi"" Jackson (Hubbard)
Margaret “GiGi” Jackson, 91, of Cartersville passed away Tuesday May 17, 2022, at her residence. She was born February 22, 1931, in Adairsville, Georgia and is a daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Pope Hubbard. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Mary Teems Clark, Ruth Cowart, Sarah Cowart, and R.C. Hubbard.
Survivors include her husband Harold W. Jackson; her sister Emma Jo Stocks; her nieces and nephews Jannifer Holland, Sandy Sloan, Julia Cornwell, Jill Jones, Don Cowart, Jerry Cowart, and Bruce Stocks and several great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday May 20, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Cowart and Pastor Clinton Green officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday May 20, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Jody Ray, Tanner Jones, Josh, Chuck and Steve Cowart, and Darryl Jones.
