Obituary for Margie Emojean Lochridge (Gentry)

Margie Gentry Lochridge, 81, of Cartersville passed away on September 19, 2020 at Waldrop Assisted Living.

Born in Cartersville on November 18, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Roy Gentry and the late Isabell Jenkins Gentry.

Margie was retired from the Cartersville School System. She loved her family deeply and especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren playing sports.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Staines; son-in-law, Walter Bohannon; son-in-law, Mark Davison; great-granddaughter, Natalie Macfalda; her siblings, Daniel Gentry, Richard (Edna) Gentry, Felton (Faye) Gentry, Dillard (Barbara) Gentry; Lucille (Renis) Cole and Christine (Noble) Maxwell.

Survivors include her daughters, Patty (Billy) Puckett, Janice Davison, Tracy Bohannon, Carol Turner; her grandchildren, Rustin Puckett, Taryn Puckett, Nicholas (Annsley) Davison, Mallory Davison, Devin Lochridge, Allison Staines, Megan Turner, Lynze (Aaron) Donnelly; great-grandchildren, McKenley Lochridge, Madalynn Lochridge, Nolan Lochridge, Natalie Lochridge, Maddox Ballew; her siblings, Myrtle Cantrell, Lula (Earl) Moore, Nellie Forsyth, Ellen (John) Bennett, Clyde (Liz) Gentry, Harold (Donna Sue) Gentry; sister-in-law, Doris Gentry, and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be private.
