Mary Catherine Ledford, 83, of Cartersville passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at her residence.
Born on August 9, 1938, in Cartersville she was the daughter of the late Joseph Jordan and the late Doris Hillburn Jordan. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Lee; her grandchildren, Allison Nicole Ledford, and Wendy Holiday; her brothers, William Jordan, and Robert Jordan; and her sisters, Nora Ann Pruitt, and Jean Hayes.
Mary is survived by her husband of 58 years, Billy Ledford; her children, Alesia Lowe (Joe), and Billy Ledford, Jr. (Amber Faye); 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Johnny Jordan.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2022, in the chapel of Jennings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home on Sunday prior to the service.
