Obituary for Mary Jane Richter
Mary Jane Richter, 70, of Cartersville Georgia, went home on March 7, 2022 at her residence.
Born on November 19, 1951, she is the daughter of the late Horace Dennis and the late Mary Dennis. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her daughter, Christy Mooney and her sister, Judy Vermillion.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Timothy Richter; daughters, Lisa Seckinger (Richie) and Melissa Jackson (Tom); stepsons, Lucas Richter (Mary) and Nathan Richter (Kristen); 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and her dogs Ellie, Josie, Abigail Savannah, and Gabby.
Mary loved her family and her dogs. She could often be found watching TV and scrolling through Facebook in her free time. In addition, she loved spending time with her family and she loved being near the ocean.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oak Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm prior to the service.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Tyler Wilkinson, Lucas Richter, Nathan Richter and Trevor Mooney.
