Obituary for Mary Evelyn Stanley
Mary Evelyn Stanley, 54, of Cartersville passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
Born January 28, 1965 in Austell, Georgia she was a daughter to the late Albert James Gaskin and Mary Frances Feathers Gaskin. She was also preceded in death by her husband Homer Stanley, her son John Richard Beddington, her sisters Margarett Powell and Cindy Townsend.
Mary was of the Baptist faith and had been a server at Waffle House for over 30 years. She loved to cook and crochet. She loved NASCAR and her dog CoCo.
Survivors include her significate other Harold Giddens of Cartersville; her sons John Beddington, Jr. (Shawna), James Beddington (Katasha) of Ranger and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Friday November 8, 2019 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with the Reverend Shane Parrott officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 -3:30 prior to the service.
