Obituary for Michael Earl Kilpatrick
Michael Earl Kilpatrick, 73, of Fultondale, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at his residence.
Born on November 10, 1946 in Russellville, Alabama, he was the son of the late James O. Kilpatrick and Bernice Renfrew Kilpatrick. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Randy Kilpatrick.
Survivors include his wife Keely Kilpatrick; his children, Mallory Gayton (Brian), Brooks Gayton (Roxanne), and Shane Kilpatrick; his grandchildren Layla, Skyla and Sadie Jo; his sister Joyce Merritt (Jerry); and his aunt Margaret Reeves.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton Ga., with Reverend Keith Willard officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kyle Moore, Brooks Gayton, Jerry Merritt, and Peyton Merritt. Honorary pallbearer will be Victor Abbate.
