Obituary for Pamela Leffingwell

David says, "you are the love of my ..."
Pam says "... life."

Pamela Irene Leffingwell sadly passed away on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at the age of 77, in Cartersville Georgia, after a long, strong fight battling cancer.

She is survived by her caring husband David, her sister Tina, brother Robert, her daughter Victoria, her son Robert, granddaughter Brittany, great-granddaughter Hallieah, beloved dog Jack, extended family members and friends.

Pam grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts where she fostered her passion of helping and caring for others. As Pam was very driven, she entered nursing school right out of high school. She continued her nursing profession for a collective 54 years in Massachusetts and Florida, retiring after eight years at Maple Ridge in Cartersville Georgia. Pam will always be fondly remembered by her clients she so lovingly touched and gave a voice to throughout her career.
Pam's strength had no bounds, as did her kind and compassionate spirit.

In her lifetime Pam had many interests and hobbies. She had a wonderful talent for knitting, sewing and crocheting. She was an avid "Bingo Queen". Pam enjoyed watching the ducks at the park, and snuggling with her dog Jack. Though Pam enjoyed all types of flowers, her favorite flowers were tulips.

Though she and her husband David shared enjoying strolling the beaches of Florida, scanning the local flea markets and going to live wrestling matches, their most favorite memory shared was over karaoke. That one week of vacation in Indiana for Pam, entwined both of their lives for the next 30 Years.

As Pam has moved on from this Earth she is going to be reunited with the other family members that she has longed to see that have already passed through the Pearly Gates of Heaven. As she herself passes through the Gates of Heaven she will be received with open arms by her Mother and Father, Irene and Peter Patson, her siblings, Sandra Laffee, Ralph Patson, Sheila Braman, Susan Patson, and Paul Patson.
