To know Whitney was to know what it felt like to be loved unconditionally. She had a huge heart and was a friend to all. She was an incredible wife, daughter, sister and animal lover. She was radiant sunshine and would light up every room she entered with just her smile and contagious laugh. She loved babies and getting down and playing with her nieces, nephews, and friends’ kids. She would often attend basketball games and soccer games of her friend’s children. Whitney worked as a vet technician and Bartow Animal Hospital Inc. for over 15 years. This was the perfect career for her since she was so fond of animals. She had a heart for rescuing animals and there are many fur babies that she “saved from getting hit by a car!” Her compassion for animals was so enormous. She would even bring Bunbun, her rabbit, inside at night, if it was going to be cold outside, because she was afraid she would freeze. Her love and compassion will be missed by everyone who knew her. The world is dimmer with her gone.

A funeral service will be held at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Brother Mark Bauer officiating. Her service will be live via Zoom and Facebook live. Visitation will be held Friday, March 5, 2021 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
