William F Hegerty (Bill) was born in 1941 to William P and Maxine Hegerty in Milwaukee, WI.

Bill is preceded in death by his grandson, Michael and survived by his sons, William W Hegerty (wife Carol), Brian W Hegerty (wife Shanna), Matthew M Hegerty (wife Michelle), daughter Mary M. Hegerty, grandchildren Maranda, Courtnae, Billy, Colton, Ingrid, Eleanor, Graham, and great grandchild, Ryleigh. Shortly after graduating Cedarburg high school Bill was drafted into the Army where he served his country for four years from 1964 to 1969. Afterwards he started working at Concours Motors in Milwaukee and worked his way up the ranks to zone service manager for Porsche Audi VW of America. He had a huge passion for working with his hands and fixing things. He enjoyed learning new skills and even taught himself to build and fix computers. Throughout his life he had a love for everything two or four-wheeled. He loved growing and taking pictures of his flowers and feeding the birds on the back porch. He loved cooking for everyone. He took great pride in his work, and if something was wrong he had no problem telling you. He was loved by his family and respected by his many friends and will be sadly missed by all. We love you. May you rest in peace and abiding love.
