Amanda Harris

Amanda Colone Harris, 43, of Euharlee died on Monday, June 10, 2019 at her residence.

Born in Cartersville on July 12, 1975, Amanda was employed as a pharmacy tech at CVS for over twenty-six years. She loved to cook, fish and attend services at Bethany Baptist Church where she was a member. She was a devoted and loving mother to her children. Amanda was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lona Gregory and Mary Gregory; and her paternal grandparents, Richard Lee Harris, and Mary Elizabeth Harris.

Survivors include her father and mother, Ronnie and Mary Harris of Cartersville; her daughter, Marygail Youngblood of Cartersville; her son, Harrison Jarrett of Cartersville; her sister and brother-in-law, Candace Harris and Steve Moore of Cassville; her nephew, Blaine Ingram of Cassville; and her aunts and uncles, Charlie and Martha Lochridge, Robert and Barbara Harris, Raymond B. Harris, Barbara Summey, Patsy Summey, and Carolyn Gregory.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Danny Willis and Reverend Brian Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be the Deacons of Bethany Baptist Church, Jimmy Summey, and Jeffery Summey.
