He was born on January 31, 1950, in Cuidad Hidalgo, Michoacan, MX to the late Guadalupe Garcia and the late Emilio Sanchez. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Luz Sanchez and brother, Javier Sanchez.
Angel loved to go shooting, gardening, and doing landscaping. He loved to drink Mescal and tequila and enjoyed his animals. He was an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and Sagrado Corazon de Jesus.
Survivors include his wife, Maria Sanchez and his eight children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 850 Douthit Ferry Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens 790 Indian Mound Rd SE, Cartersville, GA 30120. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home 430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120.
Serving as pallbearers will be Cirilo Sanchez, Ezequiel Sanchez, Pablo Sanchez, Horacio Sanchez, Allen Sanchez, Ricardo Lopez, Christian Sanchez, Lorenzo Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, and Max Maldonado.
