Anna Sieg

Mrs. Anna Mae Sieg, 84, of Cartersville, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Townsend Park Health and Rehabilitation.

Born May 16, 1929 in Pasadena, California, she was a daughter of the late William Herman Tack and the late Myrtle Ella Bomhoff Tack. Mrs. Sieg was a member of Atco Baptist Church, where she was active in her Sunday School Class. She was also active with the Bartow County Senior Citizens. Mrs. Sieg loved to cook and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and embroidery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons, Clifford Sieg and William Sieg; and a daughter, Flora Sieg.

Survivors include her son, Robert Sieg and his wife Debbie of Victorville, CA; sister, Elsie E. Jones of Cartersville; brother, Harold Tack and his wife Beverly of La Puente, CA; grandchildren, Kevin Sieg, Tamala Rowan, Melissa Olsen, Donald Sieg, Robert Sieg, Jr., Joseph Sieg, Andrew Whitbey, Candace Montgomery, and Jennifer Sieg; 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at the graveside, in Providence Cemetery with The Reverend Charles Ivey officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 4 until 7:00 p.m. at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.

The family suggests that those who wish may make donations to Atco Baptist Church, 20 Parmenter Street, Cartersville, GA 30120 or to The Church at Liberty Square, 2001 Liberty Square Drive NE, Cartersville, GA 30121, in memory of Mrs. Sieg.
