Barbara Deboard

Barbara Ann DeBoard, 74, of Cartersville died Sunday morning at her residence.



A native of Bartow County, Mrs. DeBoard was born November 11, 1936 daughter of the late Aden Smyrna Whitley and Pearl Turner Whitley. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Morris Whitley, sister Kathleen Jenkins, her husband Leo DeBoard and three children Douglas, Carol, and Michael Jeffrey.



Survivors include her children Martha Ann (Ralph) Brannon, Vivian Earleen Lindsey,Mary Janice DeBoard,Brian Frank (Ken Rice) DeBoard, David Lamar DeBoard and Melissa (Daniel Crosswhite)Gregory. Five grandchildren Coley Brannon, Chad and Chris Fuqua, Elissa Lindsey, and Misty Cornejo and three great grandchildren also survive.



Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 Wednesday July 20, 2011 at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Pine Log with Reverend Charles Ivey officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 9 PM at the funeral home.
