Betty Hall

Mrs. Betty Ida Hall, 83, of Armuchee died Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome. A native of Bartow County, she was born November 15, 1930 to the late Roy Brock and the late Maybelle Ruff Brock.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah McBee; one sister; and three brothers. Mrs. Hall attended Etowah Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed canning and cooking for her family and friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of fifty seven years, Glen Hall of Armuchee; her children, Sherry Pettigrew of Dawsonville, Kathy Salyer of Castlewood, VA, Karen Mata of Cartersville, Kenneth McBee of Rome, Gerald McBee of Rockmart, Randy McBee of Ellijay, Danny Hall of Cedar Bluff, VA, Roy Hall of Jasper and David Hall of Ellijay; her siblings, Janie Owens of Cartersville, Inez Brock of Adairsville, Glenda Hembree of Cartersville, Patricia Ray of Adairsville, Jimmy Brock of Ellijay, Wayne Brock of Canton and Michael Brock of Acworth.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Evangelist Mitchell Pettigrew officiating. Interment will follow in Etowah Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chuck Prather, Justin Hall, Jason Hall, Jamie McBee, Roy Salyer and Ross Mata.
