Mrs. Betty Sue Johnson, age 88, of Marietta, died on Tuesday, March 01, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on February 17, 1928 in White, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Slaton Davis and Molly Abrams Davis. Mrs. Johnson enjoyed sewing, doing
needle point, arts & crafts, camping and loved parakeets.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Walter C. Johnson of Marietta; her children, Linda Johnson of Woodstock, Denise Johnson of Ball Ground and Clinton Johnson of Cartersville; along with 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oak Hill Cemetery with The Reverend Joe Nix officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
