Betty Olson

Mrs. Betty Olson, 85, of Naples, Florida died suddenly, Monday, December 19, 2011, while visiting with her family in Cartersville. Born in Whitewood, South Dakota, January 11, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Sorensen and the late Cordys Lucille Melton. She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Lynn Folkens; her daughter, Donna Bredeson- Penrose; her grandson, Shane Penrose; and her brother, Gaylen Sorensen.



She is survived by her son and daughter �in-law, Lee and Pam Folkens; her daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Richard Bedell; her son-in-law, Warren Penrose; her brother and sister-in-law, Doyle and Linda Sorensen; her sister and brother-in-law, Leila and Jack Arndt; and her grandchildren, great grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews and special family, Jim and Bruce.



Family and friends are invited to drop by the residence to visit, located at 3116 Humboldt Avenue South, Minneapolis between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012.
