Billie Sue Mundy

Billie Sue Mundy, 82, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away February 24, 2025.

Born on May 17, 1942, in Bartow County Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Freddy Jack Romine and Maggie Mae Romine of White, Georgia. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving brother Fred Jack Jr. Romine.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Lee Mundy; daughters Rebecca Mundy and Marlene (Danny) Baker; son Darrel (Tina) Mundy, grandchildren Brittany (Randall) Bludworth, Timothy (Tish) Hopper, Jessica Jackson and Hannah Mundy; great-grandchildren Benji Elliot, Ryland and Maggie Bludworth; sisters and brothers Rovene Cordell, Paulett Archer, Delmas Romine (Teresa), Justin Romine, and Cathy Hudson (Ronnie), and Janice House.

Billie Sue was known by her family for her cooking and by showing her love through her baking cakes. She loved the holidays and having lights displayed during the Christmas holidays.

A funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 2, 2025 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Ronnie Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers are Bruce Hudson, Jason Hudson, Arron Hudson, Ricky Davenport, Travis Romine and Joe Collum. Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be Timothy Hopper.
