Billy Dean Nichols, 47, of Cartersville passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at his residence.

Born in Rome on July 17, 1973 he was the third of four sons to his father, the late Chester Nichols and his mother, Diane Corn.

Billy loved fishing and made time to do so any chance he could. He was a proud father to his two sons, Justin and Jacob Nichols. Billy was able to make anyone laugh and will be terribly missed by all who knew him.

Billy is survived by his mother, Diane Corn; three brothers, David Nichols, Gary Nichols (wife Mandy Nichols), and Anthony Lamar Nichols; and his two sons, Justin Nichols (wife Chelsea Nichols), and Jacob Nichols; he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Cartersville Church of the Covenant with Reverend Ronnie Cline officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the memorial service.
