Born November 22, 1963, in San Diego California, he was the son of the late Bobby Carney Sr. and the late Dora Lee Carney.
Survivors include his daughter, Amber Carney; granddaughter Scarlett Carney; grandson Carter Sundman; brother David Carney; and sister Jackie Bishop.
Bobby loved the Lord, his family, and the bible. He read the bible all the time. He wouldn't let any bad situations bring him down. He also enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.
