Bobby King

Bobby Lee King Jr., 62, of White, Ga, passed away on February 5th 2024. Bobby was born on February 5th 1962 to Edna Blackburn in Atlanta, Ga.

In high school, he met the love of his life, Cindy, and went on to have four children, Johnny, James, Tina, and Julie. He was determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of his children, and Cindy and always tried his best to support them.

Bobby was also a passionate bourbon and cigar enthusiast and love trying the newest releases.  Anyone who knew Bobby knew that his was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Bobby was predeceased by his mother Edna Blackburn.

He is survived by his wife, four children, and twelve grandchildren.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. There will be a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday February 8th 2024 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville Ga 30120 with Pastor Darius Dunson officiating. The visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
