Mrs. Bonnie Frances Little, 91, of Summerville, and formerly of Coosa, died Wednesday night, January 23, 2008 at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Summerville.
Mrs. Little was born in Floyd County on May 16, 1916, a daughter of the late James Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth Smith Looney. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Little; and brothers, J.L., Arnold, and Lee Looney.
She was a member of the former Prospect Methodist Church.
Mrs. Little is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dan and Frances Little of Rome, James and Renee Little of Melbourne, Florida; grandsons, Greg Little and his wife Teresa, Keith Little and his wife Pam all of Rome, Jimmy and Dillon Little of Melbourne, Florida; sister, Katie Medlock of Seattle, Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Bonnie Little will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. in the Oaknoll Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Reverend Jason Stockton officiating. Interment will follow at the Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Oaknoll Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home on Friday, January 25, 2008 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
