Mr. Bradford �Brad� Horn, 35, of Cartersville passed away suddenly, Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at his residence. Born in Gary, Indiana on December 10, 1975, he was the son of Karen Davis Horn and the late Lee Horn. He is preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Muniz Horn of Cartersville; his mother, Karen Horn; his brothers, Matt, Ken and Ron Horn and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Joe Nix officiating.
Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Brad Horn.
