Brannon Wooten

September 6, 1968 — April 13, 2021

James Brannon Wooten, of Emerson, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on September, 6, 1968, in Atlanta. He is the son of Jimmy R. Wooten and the late Sonya Fuller.

Brannon is survived by his wife Lisa Tims-Wooten; daughter Calyn Wooten; grandchildren Raylan "Chunk" Kornow and Wyatt Bramlett; father Jimmy R. Wooten and his wife Patty Heffernan; aunts Diane Fuller, Joyce Peace and her husband Frank; numerous cousins and tons of framily.

Brannon was definitely one of a kind. He was as stubborn as they come (and probably a little more
than that). He was loved by so many wonderful people. He always had a story to tell and enjoyed cutting up and talking to everyone. He enjoyed music -- some of which was surprising -- Miller Lite, Bloody Marys, and hanging out with friends. Most of all, Brannon lived for racing.
