Brenda Sue Selden, age 69, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Cartersville, Georgia on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
Brenda was born in Cartersville, Georgia on July 1, 1953, to the late Curtis and Evelyn Culver. She is also preceded in death by her granddaughter Tabitha Frances Guyton, and her brothers Mike and John Culver.
She is survived by her three loving children Frankie Earl Guyton Jr., Tim Duane Guyton (Jaclyn), and Teresa Lynn Offutt; her grandchildren Rebecca, Timothy, Tyler, Joshua, Krysta, Jillian, Clay, and Arianna; her great-grandchildren Nolan, Bryson, Emerson, Emma Kate, Brynleigh, and Hudson; her siblings Patsy, Charles, Ronnie, Lisa, and Terry; as well as several extended family members.
Brenda was a very hardworking woman who dedicated her life to raising and caring for her family as a single mother. She loved her grandchildren deeply and helped raise them as well, alongside her children. They will never forget the sacrifices Brenda made for them and she will be sorely missed.
A private Celebration of Life will be held to honor Brenda's life at a later date.
