Mr. Brian "Kevin" Jenkins, age 33, of 1328 West Chateau Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, died Friday, March 10, 2006, at his residence.Mr. Jenkins was born in Middletown, Ohio on April 5, 1972, the son of Patty Paynter Durden and the late Al Jenkins, Jr. He lived in Rome most of his life, living in Idaho the last two and a half years. He worked at Redmond Regional Medical Center in the telemetry unit while living in Rome and in Idaho he was a tool representative. Mr. Jenkins attended West Rome High School where he was a member of the football team. He was also involved in football at the Boys Club. He was a very proud person and loved his children and family. In addition to Mr. Jenkins father, he is preceded in death by his grandmother, Doris "Louise" Jenkins on September 1, 2005.In addition to Mr. Jenkins' mother, he is survived by his step-father, Frank Durden of Rome, GA; three daughters, Hannah Jenkins of Rome, Madisyn Jenkins of Acworth, GA, and Jada Worthington; one brother, Andrew L. Jenkins of Rome; three sisters, Kay Myers, Brittany Durden, and Sharon Durden all of Rome; a grandfather, Grady Alton Jenkins, Sr.; a niece, Samantha Self, and a nephew, Corey Myers, both of Rome. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at 11:00 A.M. in the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Murdock officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.Mr. Jenkins will remain in the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as active pallbearers and are requested to meet in the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home on Tuesday by 10:30 A.M.: Michael Merriman, Mike Jenkins, Luan Jenkins, Taekil Jenkins, Jim Hill and Jim Curnow. Honorary pallbearer will be Sgt.
