Carrie Miranda Kirk, 48, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Born October 7, 1952 she was the daughter of the late Ramon Miranda and Rafaella Abrev Miranda.
Carrie was a homemaker who was known for being a strong, fun loving person. She liked to dance and collect purses and loved dogs.
Survivors include her mother, her husband Robert Kirk; her daughters, Tabitha Diaz of Cartersville, and Erica Diaz of Cartersville; her sisters, Maria Cedano of Woodstock, Sarah Cabrera, and Eunice Cedeno of Orlando, Florida; her brother, Sam Miranda, of Miami, Florida, and Joe Miranda of Cartersville; and her granddaughter, Adriana Johnson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Cristino Reyes officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Kirk, Joe Cedeno, Israel Gomez, Dwayne Kirk, Devin Kirk, Mike Brown, Sam Miranda, and Joe Cedeno. These gentlemen are asked to be at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
The family will receive friends from 5 � 8 p.m. on Monday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
