Carlos Mcbrayer

Carlos T. �Pop� McBrayer, 74, of Cartersville, passed away March 21, 2009, born April 20, 1934 to the late Carlos A. and Lizzie M. Vaughn McBrayer in Chickamauga, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Harvey McBrayer, of California; and his sisters, Martha Smith of Dalton and Pauline Patterson of Hixson, Tennessee.



In life Pop worked in the carpet industry, he loved to watch wrestling and was a lifelong Nascar fan. After retirement he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great � grandchildren.



Mr. McBrayer is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Geraldine D. Cline; his daughters and son-in-law, Phyllis and Jack Mulkey, of Ranger, and Judith Lowe of Cartersville; two grandsons, Jeremy T. and Jennifer Clark and Matthew Lowe, both of Cartersville.



The family will receive friends from 4 � 6 on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
