Mrs. Carolyn Sue Kohl, 58, of Cartersville, died Friday, August 17, 2012 at her residence.
Born November 18, 1953 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Carl Stringer and the late Edith Kathleen Owens Stringer. She was a member of First Congregational Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Matthews and Carleen Slusser.
Survivors include her son, Reverend Nathan S. Sanders and his wife Shontina of Cartersville; daughters, Stephanie Valentine and her husband Matthew of Richton, MS, and Stacey Sanders of Gulfport, MS; a sister, Katherine Bell Slusser; brothers, Carl Stringer, Jr., and Stephen Stringer; and 4 grandchildren.
The family will hold a private memorial service in Mississippi.
