Cassandra Mead

Cassie Reed Mead, 31, of Cartersville died Friday, January 15, 2010 at the Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Rome on July 4, 1978, she was the daughter of Raymond Gordon Reed and Mary Frances Stroup Reed.



Survivors include her husband, Michael Mead of Cartersville; her children, Dakota Campbell and Lexi Campbell; her step-son, Christopher Mead; her mother, Mary Reed of Cartersville; her father and step-mother, Gordon and Kaye Reed of Cedartown; her siblings and their spouses, Rev. Frank and Brandi Reed of Villa Rica, Wanda Wesson of Nashville, Tennessee, Nathan and Heather Reed of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Susie Messer and Karen Reed of Cedartown, and Russell Reed of Alabama; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Connie and James McKelvey of Cartersville and Harvey Mead of Iowa; her sisters-in-law, Christy McKelvey and Stephanie Ledford, both of Cartersville; her brother-in-law, Michael Parker of Cartersville; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 20, 2010 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rabbi Julio Faraco and Pastor Frank Reed officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
