Charles Duvall

Charles Wayne Duvall Sr., 52, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021, at Floyd Medical Center. Born on September 24, 1969, in Cartersville, Georgia, he is the son of Paul and Joann Duvall. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joann Duvall, his brother, Carl Duvall, and his sister, Regina Duvall.

Survivors include his son, Charles Wayne Duvall Jr.; daughters, Amanda Haygood and her husband, Tommy Haygood, Brittany Payne and her husband, Christopher Payne; grandchildren, Karrissia Duvall, Aubrey Haygood, Daxton Haygood, Noah Haygood, Emberlynn Haygood, Bentley Payne, and Gracelynn Payne; sister, Marie Duvall; brother, Calvin Duvall; nieces and nephews, Cody Mullinax, Jon Manis, Marissa Goss, Kimberly Carter, Cameron Duvall, Zachary Duvall, Alexis Thibodeau, and Madison Thibodeau; and his girlfriend, Tracy Lynn Hawkins.

Charles enjoyed working on lawnmowers and drawing. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved God and believed in His word. He always loved to sing gospel music, karaoke, and play his guitar. He would make anyone laugh by telling one of his goofy jokes and has always been the one to make a bad day good. He has never met a stranger and loved everyone.

A memorial service will be held at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 2:00 pm with Mr. Scott Duvall officiating. Family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home on Saturday, October 23, 2021, before the service from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
