Mr. Charles Daniel McCrory, 61, of White, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Chattanooga, TN, June 5, 1950, and was the son of the late Leon Swanson and the late Barbara Jean Jones Swanson.
Mr. McCrory was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and was previously employed by Wynn Pontiac as an automotive technician. He was a veteran, having served his country in the U.S. Army. Mr. McCrory loved and raised two children.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Crawford McCrory; his children, Christopher McCrory and fiance�, Zina Wilson and Jennifer Colleen McCrory; his grandchildren, A.J. Weaver and Emily Grace McCrory; his sister, Ann Smith of Lilburn; special friend, Vena Herberman; his grandmother, Marsella Swanson; and many extended family.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Georgia National Cemetery with Dr. Don Hattaway officiating.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 � 1 p.m. at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville.
