Ms. Charlotte Meria Wright, 61, of Cartersville, died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at her residence.
Born June 5, 1951 in Blue Ridge, GA, she was a daughter of the late William Wright and Faye Hamby. Ms. Wright was retired from the Bartow County Department of Family and Children Services and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was active in the Bartow County Relay for Life.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her sisters, Joyce Garner of Oxford, GA, and Pam McArthur and her husband Mac of Springdale, TX ; brother, Ralph Wright of Dalton; niece, Jennifer Driggers and her husband Jason; great nieces, Angela Driggers, Kaitlyn Driggers, Erin Wright, and Anna Wright; and great nephews, William McArthur, Samuel McArthur and Jackson McArthur.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Joe Nix officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.
The family suggests that those who wish may make donations to the Relay for Life of Bartow County, 1825 Barrett Lakes Blvd, Suite 280, Kennesaw, GA 30144 in memory of Ms. Wright.
