Cherry Cole Hilburn, 62, of Emerson passed away on June 14, 2022, at her home.
Born on July 31, 1959, in Cartersville she was the daughter of the late Alton Cole and Kathryn Hubert Benson. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Wilton Cole; her brother, Steve Cole; and her sister, Joan Dominguez.
Cherry loved the outdoors, she liked fishing, camping, and listening to music. She adored her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, James "Jimbo" Hilburn; her daughter, Misty Huskins; her son, Mark Huskins; grandchildren; great grandchildren; twin sister Sherry Cole; sisters Darlene (Ron) Thomason, and Jean Cole.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 am, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. Visitation will be held before the service from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
