Christina Dianne Dawkins, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on August 30, 2023, in Portland, Oregon, at the age of 34.

She was born on February 15,
1989, in Cartersville, Georgia, to her late father, John W Hambrick Jr, and her loving mother, Vicki Roussel.

On February 15, 1989 the world became a brighter place with the birth of Christina Dianne (Hambrick) Dawkins, mom's little sunshine. Christina graduated from Cass High school, class of 2007 and went on to pursue her passion as a hairstylist. Her clients weren't just customers; they were her canvas, and she transformed their hair with creativity and color. Her husband, Joshua Dawkins, in 2015 who fell in love with her deep love for the natural world, being a caretaker for all things living and her unwavering commitment to others. They had a dog, Hennesy, a cat, Thumper, and a vast collection of plants together. She loved crafting, puzzles, the sunshine and water. She loved her son Jac more than anything else. He was her pride and joy and greatest accomplishment. As a mother she showered him with love and affection that only she could and raised a smart, caring, loving, and responsible young man. Her love will always be with him. She had an innate ability to put the needs of others first, offering a helping hand whenever it was needed. Her heart was made of pure gold, and her unmatched sense of humor brought joy and laughter to everyone around her. She was always the first to smile, laugh and dance. Her presence could light up a room on even the darkest of days. To honor her brilliance, spirit, and love we strive to carry on the light she brought into our world forever with us on life's journey.

Christina is preceded in death by her father John Hambrick Jr, grandfathers John Hambrick Sr and Paul Banks and grandmother Shirley Banks.

Mourning her loss are her son Hayden Jacson Hambrick-Bagley; her husband Josh
