Clarence Murphy, Jr.

Mr. Clarence Vincent Murphy, Jr., 50, of Kingston died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at his residence. Born in Philadelphia, PA on June 6, 1960, he was the son of the late Clarence Murphy, Sr. and the late Elaine Morrison Murphy. He was of the Catholic faith and a very personable man. Preceding him in death are his parents; his sister, Lannie Cheeseman; and his brothers, Pete and Michael Murphy.



Survivors include his wife, Pamela Rackley Murphy; his daughter, Destiny Nicole Murphy;his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Theron and Sheila Rackley,his brother-in-law, David Rackley and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Oak Grove Methodist Church with Rev. Sonny Moon officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.



The family will receive friends on Saturday at the church one hour prior to the service.
